Bloemfontein Celtic have confirmed that they have promoted two players from their development ranks to the club’s first team.

Over the years, Celtic have been known to produce some of the finest talent in Mzansi, before shipping them off to ‘bigger teams’.
The likes of Eric Mathoho, Thapelo Morena, Kabelo Dlamini and Kabelo Mahlasela are among the names who spring to mind, having come through the ranks at Siwelele in recent times.

The club appear to be continuing with their belief in youth and announced via their social media channels that they have promoted the duo of Tshepo Moeketsi and Reagan Van Der Ross to John Maduka’s team.

Celtic, who have an away goal advantage in the MTN8 semi-final first leg, will battle it out with SuperSport United at the Seisa Ramabodu Stadium on Saturday, to make it two consecutive finals, after reaching the Nedbank Cup final last season.
