While the former Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper did feature in some matches for Bucs’ MultiChoice Diski Challenge team, he not fully ready for the first team under coach Milutin Sredojevic.
Judging by some of the fans’ reactions to Khuzwayo’s absence from Bucs’ line-ups this past season, it could be expected to see them voting for the shot-stopper to be in goals for their team when the opportunity to do so is presented to them for the match between Chiefs and Pirates.
The Carling Black Label Cup is a unique competition where fans select the starting line-ups of both teams, with two of them even getting to sit on opposite benches with coaches and players during the Soweto Derby.

As confirmed by the organisers, this year’s Carling Black Label Cup match between the Buccaneers and Amakhosi will be played at FNB Stadium on July 27.
