Sundowns will be boosted by the return of Anthony Laffor, Hlompho Kekana, Lebohang Maboe, Motjeka Madisha, Toni Silva, Tiyani Mabunda, Denis Onyango, Kennedy Mweene and Themba Zwane who were all on national team duty for their countries in the previous Africa Cup Of Nations qualifiers.
However, as reported yesterday by the Siya crew, Kekana appeared to have picked up a knock during national team duty, with Sundowns set to assess the player’s fitness once he returns.
In addition, Andile Jali will also be looking to return to maximum fitness after the player pulled a hamstring in Sundowns’ clash against Orlando Pirates.
Masandawana are yet to announce the names of the players who have been registered for the CAF Champions League campaign, with the list possibly set to indicate which players will remain in Sundowns’ plans going forward, with the January transfer window quickly approaching.
