Bucs Planning For CAF CL, Team Attends Match In Zambia
Orlando Pirates Plans For Champions League In Full Swing
Orlando Pirates have used some of their time in Zambia to plan for the CAF Champions League.
While training and playing friendly matches in Zambia, Bucs’ players have also attended a CAF Champions League match, as part of the planning for a return to the competition for Milutin Sredojevic’s team.
The Buccaneers’ squad were in attendance for the Champions League match between Zambia’s Zesco United and Angolan side, C.D. Primeiro de Agosto at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola on Tuesday.
The match ended in a 0-0 draw. The match also provided Bucs with an opportunity to take a closer look at their target Lazarous Kambole – the Zambian striker from Zesco who was in action for his team.
