Kennedy Mweene: 6/10
Pulled off a couple fine saves, but was helpless with AS Vita's equaliser.
Thapelo Morena: 7/10
Morena put in a solid performance defensively and on the attacking end. He also grabbed the assist for Nthethe's goal with a fine pass.
Thabo Nthethe: 7/10
Hardly put a foot wrong in the heart of the defence and he also scored the game's opening goal with a composed finish.
Motjeka Madisha: 6.5/10
Similarly to Nthethe, Madisha put in a solid showing and did well to deny the visitors chances in the 18-yard area.
Fares Hachi: 7/10
Hachi was impressive on both ends of the pitch, particularly going forward as he put in a few teasing crosses in the box and went on a few impressive runs.
Bangaly Soumahoro: 6/10
Provided good cover for the Sundowns back with his power and worked well with Mbekile.
Asavela Mbekile: 6.5/10
Handed a rare start and he did not disappoint. He worked tirelessly in the middle of the park.
Sibusiso Vilakazi: 7/10
The Skipper for the night was a joy to watch in the middle of the park. He started a couple attacks for the hosts and embarked on a few impressive runs into the box.
Percy Tau: 6/10
Looked lively in the first half and missed a chance in the opening 10 minutes, but he was a bit subdued in the second half.
Anthony Laffor: 6/10
Didn't have the best of the nights going forward, but he did link up with Morena on a couple occasions.
Yannick Zakri: 6/10
Hassled the Vita defence on a few occasions with his pace and power, but he didn't have much to do in front of goal.
Lucky Mohomi: NA
Not on the field long enough to receive a rating.
Leonardo Castro: NA
Not on the field long enough to receive a rating.

Not a good result for Sundowns who seems like they play much better while playing away as compared to when they playing at home. at least second position made them avoid playing Al haly. It was a good advert of football as both teams shows intent and hunger

Well done to Sundowns, but Asavela Mbekile deserves to be a buccaneer.
