Chiefs, Wits Leave For CAF CL Duty On Friday
Kaizer Chiefs and Bidvest Wits will leave for Botswana and Swaziland on Friday as they seek to secure their place in the next round of their CAF inter-club competitions.
Chiefs, who lead their tie with Township Rollers 2-1, play in Gaborone on Saturday in the CAF Champions League, while Wits will be hoping to finish the job in their CAF Confederation Cup tie with Royal Leopards after winning the first leg 3-0.
Both clubs will leave South Africa on Friday for their respective fixtures, returning to Mzansi the day after the game ahead of their return to league action just a few days afterwards.
Meanwhile, Mamelodi Sundowns host St Michel United of the Seychelles on Saturday as they seek to make it into the next round following their 1-1 draw in the away leg, with Pitso Mosimane knowing that their away goal could prove to be crucial.
