The South African Women’s national team will come up against Japan in an international friendly and the head coach has since named her squad.
Banyana Banyana will lock horns with Japan at the Kitakyushu Stadium in Fukuoka in Japan on Sunday, November 10.
“This is a big test for us, more so because it comes at the back of a loss in the Olympic qualifiers. This is a great test of character for the players as we will be facing one of the most formidable sides in women’s football, who have won the World Cup,” Banyana head coach, Desiree Ellis said on SAFA’s official website.
