Banyana Banyana got a bit of downtime in this week as they prepare for a make or break game in the Women’s World Cup, and Ode Fulutudilu knows how tough their next game will be.

The 29-year-old Malaga star, who started for Banyana in their opening game against Spain last week, is expected to feature again when Desiree Ellis names her team to take on China tomorrow, but it won’t be easy against a side that is currently ranked as the 16th-best team in the world – 33 spots about the South Africans.
Thembi Kgatlana grabbed Banyana’s first ever World Cup goal in that 3-1 defeat to Spain last week, and now Ellis’ side are eager to get their first point(s) at Paris Saint-Germain’s Parc des Princes tomorrow.
Speaking after visiting the Eiffel Tower this week, Fulutudilu said, “It’s been a good week… We’ve had some time to regenerate, and to get our mind and bodies going again.
“The Spanish game was really hard, and the Chinese game is going to be even harder. The technical team have done a great job in terms of not running us into the ground and allowing us to break fresh… We’re still working hard, but we’re working smart.”
Banyana face China at 21h00 tomorrow night, with the side looking to bounce back and get themselves on the board in France.
