Bafana Stars Victims Of Phone Hack
Bafana's Keagan Dolly & Lebogang Manyama Had Their Phones Hacked
Bafana Bafana duo, Keagan Dolly and Lebogang Manyama, are the latest victims of a phone hacking scam, with criminals looking to use their names to make money.
The South African duo, who are now both plying their trade in Europe, joined the list of players who have had their personal phone numbers hijacked as the perpetrators send out messages asking for money for various reasons.
Dolly, 24, and Manyama, 27, are playing for Montpellier and Konyaspor in France and Turkey respectively, but have not yet terminated their South African numbers and have had their WhatsApp targeted by the criminals.
The Siya crew has been informed that the pair took steps to try and fix the matter, but not before friends and colleagues were contacted, asking for money on their behalf despite them having nothing to do with it.
Dolly and Manyama are not the first footballers to be hit by the scammers and are unlikely to be the last.
