Bafana Bafana To Be Busy During The March FIFA Break
Bafana Bafana will be taking part in four-nation tournament during the upcoming FIFA break this month, March.
Head Coach Stuart Baxter addressed the media yesterday, where he revealed, amongst other things, that he has travelled across Europe to find players who are eligible to play for Bafana.
“He also said he had travelled extensively across Europe where he had identified several players who are eligible to play for Bafana Bafana. He, however, cautioned that not all players plying their trade overseas would walk straight into the Bafana Bafana squad,” the South African Football Association revealed on their official website.
It was also confirmed that the South African national team will come up against Zambia, Zimbabwe and Angola in a four-nation tournament that is set to be held in Ndola during 19 and 27 March this year.
“Meanwhile, Bafana Bafana will take part in a four-nation tournament in Ndola, Zambia in a competition comprising hosts Zambia, Zimbabwe, Angola and South Africa during the March FIFA window period,” the association added.
