Banyana Still In Contention For AAG After Goalless Draw

Banyana Banyana recorded a second consecutive draw in the All Africa Games on Thursday night finishing their clash with Ghana 0-0.

Both sides created chances throughout the game but neither strikeforce could muster the winning goal and had to settle for a point.

The result means South Africa will have to wait on the result of the final Group B clash which will see Cameroon square off with Ghana.

A win for either team would see South Africa qualify for the semi-finals, while a draw may still see them squeeze into the last four.

Banyana Banyana drew their opening Group B game 1-1 against Cameroon, while Egypt withdrew their side from the tournament.
