Paris Saint-Germain-linked boss Zinedine Zidane has confirmed his plans to return to management, having not worked since his departure from Real Madrid in 2021.
Since his debut as a head coach at Los Blancos in 2016, the Spanish giants remain the only club the Frenchman has represented in the dugout at senior level.
Zidane has enjoyed two spells in charge of the club he played for between 2001 and 2006, winning an incredible 11 trophies, including two LaLiga titles and three UEFA Champions Leagues, as manager.
In recent weeks, it has been suggested PSG have attempted to hire the former midfielder to replace Mauricio Pochettino in Paris, while other reports claim Zidane has his sights set on succeeding Didier Deschamps as the France national team boss.
Although he has neither confirmed nor denied either rumour, he did seemingly confirm recently that he will return to the sidelines.
"Am I still able to contribute things as a coach? Yes, many things, or I think at least some!" he told Telefoot.
"I want to continue with that career because I still have the desire – it is my passion.
"I am 50 years old, fulfilled, I'm happy, that's the most important thing."
