With the international break in full swing, Spanish publication Marca recently combined the transfer values of the world's biggest stars to reveal the 10 most valuably assembled national team selections.
Record five-time world champions Brazil come out on top with a reported squad value of €1.4 billion (R22 billion). This includes Paris Saint-German superstar Neymar, who is the world's most expensive footballer, as well as the likes of Philippe Coutinho and Arthur.
England boast the second-most valuable squad with a combined value of €1.2 billion (R19 billion), thanks in no small part to the mega-money deals Manchester City and Manchester United completed for Raheem Sterling and Harry Maguire, respectively.
Three-time European champions Spain are third with a squad value of €924 million (R16 billion), while 2018 FIFA World Cup winners France are one place behind with a worth of €866 million (R14 billion).
Belgium, who are currently the top-ranked nation in the world, Cristiano Ronaldo's Portugal and Lionel Messi's Argentina are among the top 10, which you can view in full by scrolling through the gallery above!
