Reported Manchester City target Joao Felix has been handed his first international call-up after impressing for Benfica this season.
Ronaldo will captain the side that will face Switzerland in the semi-final on 5 June. If A Selecao make it past that challenge, they will come up against either England or the Netherlands in the final in Porto.
Manchester City winger Bernardo Silva has also been included and is set to be united with Felix and Ronaldo in what could be a potentially mouthwatering attacking trio.
But they will face stiff competition from the likes of Wolves' attacker Diogo Jota and Valencia frontman Goncalo Guedes. Midfielders Ruben Neves and Joao Moutinho join club teammate Jota in the squad.
Meanwhile, Barcelona's Nelson Semedo is likely to start at right-back, having enjoyed an impressive season with the La Liga champions.
