Official: Robben Comes Out Of Retirement, Joins Former Team

Former Bayern Munich and Real Madrid winger Arjen Robben has officially announced his return to football and he has already secured a team for next season.

The Dutchman announced his retirment at the end of the 2019/2020 season at the Bundesliga champions, after a glittering career.

The 36-year-old revealed he was training with Bayern a couple weeks but he is now set to return to professional football with Dutch outfit FC Gronigen.

Robben is now returning to his boyhood club, where he made 52 appearances before earning a move to fellow Dutch giants PSV Eindhoven in 2004.
