The 2016 UEFA European Championship finalists will face the Netherlands and Luxembourg on 31 August and 3 September, respectively, during the upcoming international break.
France currently sit in second place in their qualifying group for the showpiece in Russia, having collected 13 points along with Sweden, who have a better goal difference.
Deschamps again opted to leave out Real striker Karim Benzema following his involvement in the Mathieu Valbuena sex-tape scandal in 2015. Ousmane Dembele has also been left out after going on strike at his club Borussia Dortmund amid rumours he could still complete a move to FC Barcelona, while Anthony Martial has also not been called up despite his good start to the season with Manchester United.
Here is France's complete squad, as announced by the French FA's official Twitter account:
Goalkeepers: Alphonse Areola (PSG), Hugo Lloris (Spurs), Steve Mandanda (Marseille)
Defenders: Presnel Kimpembe (PSG), Laurent Koscielny (Arsenal), Djibril Sidibe (Monaco), Samuel Umtiti (Barcelona), Raphael Varane (Real Madrid), Christophe Jallet (Lyon), Lucas Digne (Barcelona), Layvin Kurzawa (PSG)
