Portugal & Venezuela Advance To U20 WC Last Eight

South Korea 1-3 Portugal
Tournament hosts, South Korea were dumped out of the U20 World Cup, after suffering a 3-1 loss to Portugal on Tuesday.
Xadas opened the scoring for the Portuguese after 10 minutes, before Bruno Costa doubled the lead in the 27th minute.
Portugal then grabbed a third goal through Xadas in the 69th minute, while Lee Sangheon struck in the 81st minute to give Korea some hope in the final stages but it proved to be nothing more than a consolation.
Portugal will play the winner of Uruguay-Saudi-Arabia clash which takes place on Sunday, 4 June.
Venezuela 1-0 Japan
Venezuela progressed to the quarterfinals of the tournament for the first time in history, after they defeated Japan 1-0 in extra.
The clash ended goalless after regulation time, but it was the Venezuelans who grabbed the winner in second-half extra-time thanks to a header from captain, Yangel Herrera.
