The final nominees for The Best FIFA Men's Player of the year award for 2021 have been announced, but there was no place for Cristiano Ronaldo.

Robert Lewandowski, who finished second in the Ballon d'Or voting, has also been nominated and is looking to become the first player since Ronaldo to win the award in back-to-back years.
Egypt and Liverpool star Mohamed Salah rounds off the nominees list for the 2021 award, as he looks to become the first African to win the accolade.
