FC Barcelona legend Ronaldinho has once again made headlines for the wrong reasons after being caught in Paraguay with a fake passport.
The 39-year-old and his brother were held by police in Paraguay after allegedly being found with fake passports.
According to ESPN Brazil, Ronaldinho was supposed to take part in charity events in Paraguay, but the fake documents were reportedly found in his hotel suite.
It is claimed he remains in custody with his brother, and had to stay in the hotel before reporting to the prosecutor's office on Thursday.

"(Ronaldinho and his brother) are not being detained, they are still under judicial investigation and they have to testify. Then it will be decided whether they will be arrested or not," Paraguay's interior minister Euclides Acevedo said, as quoted by the Daily Star.
Another man who was with Ronaldinho and his brother was arrested after the duo claimed he "tricked them".
Ronaldinho gained world recognition during his glittering career that saw him win multiple trophies with FC Barcelona, a FIFA World Cup with Brazil, as well as the prestigious Ballon d'Or.
Ronaldinho's Brazilian passport was reportedly seized by authorities in 2018 after he failed to pay a fine in his home country.
