Emmanuel Adebayor Reveals The Best & Worst Coach He's Played For
Former Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester City and Real Madrid striker Emmanuel Adebayor has revealed who he thinks are the best and worst managers he has played for.
The Togo forward has played for a number of big clubs in Europe, and under some big names such as Arsene Wenger, Jose Mourinho, and Roberto Mancini.
However, the 33-year-old, who currently plays for Istanbul Basaksehir in Turkey, has revealed that Mourinho was the best to work under, while Mancini was the worst.
"The worst coach I have ever had was Roberto Mancini," Adebayor told Hurriyet.
"I never liked his training methods.
"The best coach I have ever worked with is certainly Jose Mourinho. He has an unparalleled passion."
Adebayor's only major trophy came in his sixth-month loan spell with Los Blancos, with whom he won the Copa del Rey.
