Netherlands and AC Milan legend Clarence Seedorf is furious that black football coaches are not given more opportunities at the highest level.
Pitso's Style Defended By Rival Coach
The Dutch icon retired from football in 2014 as one of the most decorated players of his generation before venturing into football management.
Seedorf, who famously won the UEFA Champions League with three different clubs – Ajax Amsterdam, Real Madrid and AC Milan – has since held four jobs as a head coach, but has not been in charge of a team for longer than a year.
The former midfielder first took charge of Milan in January 2014, leaving his post just a few months later. He has since managed Shenzhen FC in China, Deportivo La Coruna in Spain and the Cameroon national team.
Speaking recently about his position as a black manager in football, Seedorf explained his belief that he does not get the same opportunities as others in Europe, and used Thierry Henry and Patrick Vieira as examples.

"I played 12 years in Italy: after (coaching) Milan, despite having done a great job, I received no calls," he told Gazzetta dello Sport.
"Holland is my country, yet again, zero calls. What are the selection criteria? Why do great champions have no chance in Europe where they wrote pages of football history?
"Why does Vieira have to go to New York and Henry to Canada? For coaches, there are no equal opportunities: if we look at the figures, there are no black people in the positions of greatest power in football.
"It's something that concerns the whole of society. Everyone, especially those who can change things, must feel the responsibility to create a meritocratic world and keep all the doors open if they aspire to excellence.
"The best results can come from diversity."
