FC Barcelona and Brazil legend Ronaldinho has been under house arrest since April, but there has reportedly been new update for the Brazilian.

Ronaldinho and his brother spent 32 days in prison after they were arrested in March after trying to enter Paraguay with fake passport.
The pair were then released on bail after paying $800,000 each and were put under house in Asuncion, which is the capital of Paraguay.
ESPN have now reported that the former Barcelona star's lawyers are looking at options for him to be released as early as August.

A source told ESPN the case could be '90%' done as the public prosecutor failed to make any connection between the brothers and possible money laundering or organised crime.
With the case delayed due to the restrictions surrounding the coronavirus pandemic in the country, the report adds that the 40-year-old could be offered a plea bargain.

There were reports last month that Ronaldinho could come out of retirement to play for Diego Maradona's Gimnasia.
