Nice striker Mario Balotelli was once again left out of the recent Italy squad, but his agent, Mino Raiola, was not happy to see his client snubbed.
Italy will face England and Argentina in the international break, with Luigi Di Biagio taking over the reigns on an interim basis.
Balotelli has bagged 22 goals in 31 appearances for Lille this season, but was overlooked once again and Raiola was not too pleased.
"We're disappointed with the failure to call-up Balotelli," Raiola told Radio 24..
"We're even more disappointed with the explanation we received publicly, because we haven't spoken to anyone.
"If Di Biagio says that numbers don't count for a striker then the national team is closed for players like him."
Since making his national team debut on 10 August 2010, Balotelli has made 33 appearances, scoring 13 goals in the process.
