Real Madrid 0-1 Tottenham Hotspur
Real Madrid remain winless in pre-season after suffering a 1-0 loss to Tottenham Hotspur in the first Audi Cup semi-final.
The Premier League side made countless attempts in the first half before talisman Harry Kane came up with the goods at the midway phase with a bottom low finish from Marcelo’s back-pass.
Real, with highly-profile signing Eden Hazard in the mix, had Spurs on the back-foot in the second half but none of their attempts shivered the opposite net.
Bayern Munich 6-1 Fenerbahce
Bayern Munich handed Turkish outfit Fenerbahce a 6-1 thumping in the day’s second semi-final at the same venue.
The Bavarians were five goals up at halftime courtesy of a 22nd minute opener from Renato Sanches followed by a 28th minute strike by Leon Goretzka. Thomas Mueller netted a hat-trick while Kingsley Coman also got on the score-sheet.
Fenerbahce’s solitary consolation came through a driving finish from Max Kruse inside 64 minutes, as Bayern tackle Tottenham Hotspur in the final on Wednesday, while Turkish outfit will face Los Blancos in the third/fourth play-off.
