Argentina will be expected to pick all three points in their first 2014 FIFA World Cup match when they take on Bosnia & Herzegovina in a Group F match at the Maracana on Sunday.
The match is scheduled to start at 19h00 local time in Rio De Janeiro, which is 00h00 South African time.
Argentina are favourites to top Group F which consists of Iran and Nigeria, but face a tricky test in Bosnia and Herzegovina in their first game.
Lionel Messi will be the key man for Argentina who has scored 19 goals in as many appearances for his country over the last three years.
Sergio Aguero is also one of their main threats in attack and will be closely watched by the Bosnia and Herzegovina defence.
The European side’s defence will be tested and they will look to frustrate the Argentine attack.
The two countries have faced each twice before, but on both occasions Argentina walked out victorious scoring a total of seven gaols over the two games.
