Queiroz Hails Points Vs 'Great' Nigeria

Iran Head Coach, Carlos Queiroz, was happy his side picked up a point against Nigeria in their opening World Cup clash.
Iran weren't convincing in front of goal, and were often chasing shadows for 90 minutes but the former South Africa coach had nothing but praise for his players.
"I'm very happy but it was a very difficult," said Quieroz
"We played against a great team.
"It was necessary to play a realistic game. We fought for every ball, every space and played 90 minutes with one thing in our mind.
"It was a game where I need to praise my players - they need to be congratulated."
Their focus now shifts to Argentina, who top Group F after defeating Bosnia-Herzegovina 2-1 on Sunday evening.
He added: "Now it is Argentina,"
"The most important thing is that everything remains open for us."
