Die Mannschaft are stepping up their preparations for their title defence in Russia, and are in camp in South Tyrol, in north-east Italy, this week.
However, things are not all rosy for Joachim Low's side, with Bayern Munich's Joshua Kimmich reportedly having a run-in with Chelsea's Antonio Rudiger following a late challenge during a training session, according to Bild.
The duo apparently had to be separated by World Cup record scorer Miroslav Klose, who is now part of Low's coaching team.
Meanwhile, goalkeeper and captain Neuer has continued his return to fitness and made an appearance in a training match against Germany's U20 side, which the senior team won 7-1.
"I'm in good shape," Neuer said, as reported by the Daily Mirror.
"I think the coaches are very happy, the fitness coaches, too. They've got me in great condition. I'm not holding back, that'd be bad advice for a goalkeeper."
Low had previously insisted that Neuer will only be part of his final squad for Russia if he is 100% fit.
The Germany boss also revealed that the 32-year-old, who made only four appearances all season after picking up an injury early in the campaign, would be his No. 1 if he does make the final 23-man squad.
