Oscar Tabarez has named Luis Suarez in Uruguay's 23-man final World Cup squad, as the Liverpool star recovers from keyhole surgery on May 22 after damaging the meniscus in his left knee, throwing his participation in doubt.
Sebastian Eguren and Alejandro Silva were the unlucky ones who will not be traveling to Brazil after not making the cut.
Uruguay find themselves in a tough group and will have to overcome Italy, England and Costa Rica in Group D.
