Bayern Munich ended their group stage campaign with a 2-0 win over Lokomotiv Moscow on Wednesday night.

After a scoreless first half, Niklas Sule broke the deadlock for the defending champions on 63 minutes before Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting got the second goal in the 80th minute.

While Bayern finished top of the group unbeaten, Moscow ended bottom without a single win after six matches.

Salzburg 0-2 Atletico Madrid

Atletico Madrid secured second spot in Group A with a 2-0 victory away to Salzburg.

Hermoso and Yannick Carrasco were on target to sink Salzburg, who have dropped to the Europa League after finishing third in the group.

Group B
Inter Milan 0-0 Shakhtar Donetsk

Inter Milan were eliminated from the Champions League after only managing a goalless draw at home to Shakhtar Donetsk.

As a result, Inter finished rock bottom in the group while Shakhtar will compete in the Europa League with a third-placed finish.

Group C
Manchester City 3-0 Marseille

Manchester City finished the group stage phase unbeaten after defeating bottom-placed Olympique Marseille 3-0 at the Etihad.

Ferran Torres got the Citizens up and running on 48 minutes, before Sergio Aguero and Raheem Sterling added the other two goals in the final 15 minutes.

Olympiakos 0-2 FC Porto

Olympiakos will be playing in the Europa League despite suffering a 2-0 defeat to FC Porto in their final Group C clash.

A 10th minute penalty converted by Otavio was followed up by Mateus Uribe's 77th minute strike for Porto, who secured second spot in the group.
