Napoli Keep Knockout Hopes Alive, Besiktas Qualify For Last 16

Spartak Moscow and Maribor shared the spoils in their UEFA Champions League, Group E match after playing to a 1-1 draw at Otkrytiye Arena.
 
Spartak Moscow thought they had stolen victory when Ze Luis found the back of the net in the 82nd minute, but Maribor equalised in the 92nd minute through Jasmin Mesanovic.
 
The result leaves Spartak Moscow in third place in Group E with six points while Maribor are last with two points.
 
Maribor can no longer qualify for the knockout stages of the competition.
 
Napoli 3-0 Shakhta Donetsk
 
Napoli kept their hopes of qualifying for the knockout stages of the UEFA Champions League alive with a 3-0 win over Shakhta Donetsk in a Group F match at the Stadio San Paolo.
 
Second half goals from Lorenzo Insigne, Piotr Zielinski and Dries Mertens handed Napoli only their second win of the group stages.
 
The result, combined with Manchester City’s 1-0 win over Feyenoord in the other group game, leaves Shakhta Donetsk in second place in Group F on nine points and Napoli in third with six points.
 
City top Group F with 15 points while Feyenoord are last with zero points and out of the competition.
 
Besiktas 1-1 FC Porto
 
Besiktas and FC Porto shared the spoils in their UEFA Champions League, Group G match after playing to a 1-1 draw at Vodafone Park.
 
Felipe opened the scoring for FC Porto on the half hour mark, but his goal was cancelled out by Anderson Talisca for Besiktas ten minutes later.
 
The result leaves Besiktas at the top of Group G with 11 points, followed by FC Porto in second place on seven points.
 
Monaco 1-4 RB Leipzig
 
RB Leipzing produced an impressive display UEFA Champions League, Group G match after beating Monaco 4-1 at the Stade Louis II.
 
A brace from Timo Werner combined with a goal from Naby Keita and an own goal from Jemerson handed RB Leipzing their second win in the group stage.
 
They are placed third in the group tied on seven points with FC Porto, but below the Portuguese team on goal difference.
 
Monaco are last in Group G with two points. Monaco can no longer qualify for the knockout stages of the competition.
