Tottenham Hotspur secured top spot in Group H with a 3-0 victory over Cypriot Champions APOEL on Wednesday night.
Fernando Llorente scored his first goal for Spurs since he joined in August in the 20th minute before Son-Heung-Min made it 2-0 in the 37th minute.
Georges-Kevin N'Koudou added the third 10 minutes before time as Spurs ran out comfortable winners.
FC Porto 5 -2 AS Monaco
Porto qualified for the last 16 in style as they thumped AS Monaco 5-2 on Wednesday evening.
Vincent Aboubakar scored a brace while Yacine Brahimi, Alex Telles and Tiquinho Soares added a goal each for the hosts.
Kamil Glik and Radamel Falcao netted for Monaco but it was not enough.
Porto's Felipe and Monaco's Richard Ghezzal were both sent off in the first half.
RB Leipzig 1-2 Besiktas
Besiktas secured top spot in Group G after defeating RB Leipzig 2-1 in their final group stage encounter.
Alvaro Negredo scored a penalty for the Turkish side in the 10th minute.
Naby Keita equalised for the Bundesliga giants in the 87th minute before Talisca secured the win for Besiktas in the 90th minute.
Leipzig finished third in the standings, while Monaco ended the campaign at the bottom.
