Gareth Bale and Dani Carvajal have returned to the matchday squad after missing the semi-finals through injury.
Juventus, on the other hand, defeated FC Barcelona 3-0 on aggregate to secure their spot in the final for the second time in three seasons.
Massimiliano Allegri's charges ended their Serie A campaign with a 2-1 win over Bologna last weekend.
These last met in the 2014-2015 season, where Juventus claimed a 3-2 aggregate win to advance to the final.
