Venue: Juventus Stadium
Juventus booked their spot in the UEFA Champions League final after claiming a 2-1 win over AS Monaco in the second leg of their semi-final tie on Tuesday evening.
The Serie A champions came into the second leg with a healthy lead, after recording a 2-0 win in France last week.
The hosts were dealt a blow after just 10 minutes when Sami Khedira was forced off with an injury. He was replaced by Claudio Marchisio.
Juve had a big chance to take the lead in the 22nd minute when Gonzalo Higuain was played through on goal, but the Argentine's lob failed to hit the back of the net.
The home side eventually broke the deadlock 10 minutes later when Mario Manzukic slotted home from close range, after his initial header was saved by Danijel Subasic.
Giorgio Chiellini came to Juve's rescue in the 41st minute as he popped up with a vital block to deny Radamel Falcao a certain goal at the far post.
However, Juve doubled their lead on the stroke of halftime courtesy of a superb volley from Dani Alves that left Subasic with no chance.
The second half got off to a slow start, but the hosts nearly added a third on 62 minutes when Mandzukic headed over the crossbar from close range.
Monaco eventually pulled a goal back in the 69th minute when Kylian Mbappe tapped home from three-yards out, after some good work by Joao Moutinho.
The clash turned into a feisty affair with Monaco committing a number of fouls on the Juventus attackers.
However, the Italian outfit introduced Moroccan defender, Medhi Benatia for Andrea Barzagli in the closing stages as they saw out the rest of the clash with relative ease.
