After it was recently claimed he could return to football, Sir Alex Ferguson was spotted leaving Paris Saint-Germain's team hotel on Tuesday afternoon.
According to Manchester Evening News, the Scotsman was pictured leaving the hotel where the French giants are staying ahead of their UEFA Champions League clash against Manchester City on Tuesday night.
Mauricio Pochettino's side head into the second leg of their semi-final clash 2-1 down on aggregate, with Pep Guardiola's City appearing to be strong favourites to advance to the final.
It is claimed there has been no official communication as to why Ferguson visited the hotel, although it does seem likely he was there to see the team and its management as there is nobody else staying there due to COVID-19 restrictions.
The former Manchester United manager is believed to have a good relationship with Pochettino, who once described having lunch with Ferguson as a "dream come true".
