The 12-time winners saw off Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich 4-3 on aggregate over their two-legged semi-final tie and could become the first team in the history of the competition to win three finals in a row.
After the match, the Spain international told the media that he was proud of his team and had a special message to those who always have something wrong to say about his club.
“Real Madrid deserves to be in Kiev,” Ramos said, as quoted by Daily Mirror.
“Our DNA pushes us to fight until the end. Now we have to enjoy it and try to win the final. People always run their mouths, we prefer to speak on the pitch.
“I’m proud of this team, this is our reward for so much sacrifice. We were convinced that we could do it and we did it.”
The Madrid side will know on Wednesday night whether they will be facing Liverpool or Roma in the final of the competition, which will take place on 26 May in Kyiv.
