Spanish giants Real Madrid won their third consecutive UEFA Champions League title this weekend, and celebrated the incredible achievement with an open-top bus parade in front of thousands of fans on Sunday.

Despite Liverpool making a great start to the final on Saturday night, Zinedine Zidane's Real defeated the Reds 3-1 on the night to claim their third UCL title in a row, and their fourth in five seasons.

A second-half brace from substitute Gareth Bale ensured Los Blancos their 13th Champions League title in history, with one of his strikes blowing the roof off the stadium in Kiev.

Minutes after his introduction, the Welshman pulled off a superb bicycle-kick from the edge of the Liverpool box, leaving goalkeeper Loris Karius flat-footed.

Real continue to write history in Europe's biggest club competition, and as is tradition, the team were greeted by thousands of supporters on their arrival back home.
