The four positional awards were introduced last season, and there were six Real Madrid stars plus Ronaldo nominated in the four different categories after the Spanish giants lifted their third successive UEFA Champions League trophy in May.
Ronaldo was named Forward of the Season, beating his long-standing rival Messi as well as African Footballer of the Year Salah to the accolade.
The Portugal captain finished the 2017/18 Champions League campaign as top scorer with 15 strikes, while Salah netted 10 times - more than any other African player during a single UCL campaign before - and Messi scored six goals.
