The Swede had given AC Milan a 1-0 lead in their Coppa Italia tie against Inter Milan, but tempers became frayed in the San Siro close to half-time.
After Inter won a free-kick following a cynical foul from Rossoneri defender Alessio Romagnoli, Ibrahimovic and Lukaku locked heads and exchanged some heated words before they had to be separated.
What the two forwards shouted at each other has now been revealed, according to SPORTbible.
"Go do your voodoo sh*t, you little donkey," Ibrahimovic is said to have shouted, while also making a remark about Lukaku's mother.
The Inter Milan forward reacted furiously and had to be restrained by his teammates as he shouted at the Swede: "F**k you and your wife. Let's go inside, you little b**ch."
Both players received yellow cards for their actions and tempers calmed down after the break, before Ibrahimovic got a second yellow for a foul on Aleksandar Kolarov in the 58th minute.
Lukaku, meanwhile, had the last laugh as he netted the equaliser from the penalty spot after 71 minutes, before Christian Eriksen scored the much-celebrated winner from a free-kick in the 97th minute.
Inter advanced to the semi-finals of the Coppa Italia, where they will face the winner of the match between Juventus and SPAL, which will be played on Wednesday night.
