AS Roma 3-2 Genoa
Francesco Totti ended his Roma career on a winning note, after they recorded a 3-2 win over Genoa on the final day of the season.
Edin Dzeko and Daniel De Rossi had put Roma in the lead, after Genoa opened the scoring through Pietro Pellegri.
Totti started on the bench but was introduced for Mohamed Salah in the 51st minute.
Darko Lazovic leveled matters for the hosts but, Diego Perotti popped up stoppage time to earn Roma the win.
Bologna 1-2 Juventus
Serie A champions, Juventus ended their campaign on a high after they came from behind to secure a 2-1 win over Bologna on Saturday evening.
Saphir Tader handed the home side the lead after 52 minutes, before Paulo Dybala leveled matters in the 70th minute.
However, Juve secured the win in stoppage time thanks to a strike from 17-year-old Moise Kean.
Cagliari 2-1 AC Milan
AC Milan ended the campaign with defeat, after they fell to a 2-1 defeat to Cagliari at the Stadio Sant'Elia on Sunday afternoon.
Joao Pedro handed the home side the lead after 17 minutes, before Gianluca Lapadula leveled matters from the penalty spot in the 72nd minute.
However, Cagliari had the final say as Fabio Pisacane struck the winning goal in second-half stoppage time.
Sampdoria 2-4 Napoli
Napoli ended the season in third spot, after claiming a 4-2 win over Sampdoria in the final game of the season.
Dries Merterns, Lorenzo Insigne, Jose Callejon and Marek Hamsik grabbed the goals for the visitors, while Fabio Quagliarella and Ricky Álvarez scored for Sampdoria.
Inter Milan 5-2 Udinese
Inter Milan ended their disappointing season on a high, after they thumped Udinese 5-2 at the San Siro on Sunday evening.
Eder Martins bagged a brace, while Ivan Perisic, Marcelo Brozovic and an own goal from Gabriele Angella secured the emphatic win for Inter, who finish the season in seventh spot.
