Juventus Thrash Palermo To Extend Lead

It was all Juve in Torino on Sunday night as they smashed Palermo 4-0 in the Serie A to extend their lead at the top to nine points.
Sami Khedira scored first in the 10th minute and goals from Paul Pogba (71'), Juan Cuadrado (74'), and Simone Padoin (89') sealed the win.

Antonio Candreva opened the scoring for the hosts in the sixth minute before Ogenyi Onazi secured the win just before the half-time break.

Gonzalo Rodriguez netted the opener for the home side in the 10th minute but Domenico Berardi (55') levelled matters.

The deadlock was broken in the 15th minute as Adriano Russo scored for the visitors. Matteo Bianchetti equalised just after the hour mark but Alessandro Frara scored a stoppage-time winner.

A solitary strike from Carlos Bacca in the 71st minute was enough to earn all three points for the Rossoneri at Stadio Comunale Luigi Ferraris.

A six-goal thriller at Stadio Atleti Azzurri d'Italia saw the spoils shared as goals from Marco D'Alessandro (33') and Marco Borriello (37', 50') were negated by Lucas Digne (23'), Radja Nainggolan (27'), and Francesco Totti who netted the equaliser in the 85th minute.
