AC Milan failed to build on last week's victory when they went down 1-0 at the hands of Genoa on Sunday afternoon.
The home side went ahead after just 10 minutes when Blerim Dzemaili's free-kick deflected past Diego Lopez. Whille, Milan ended the game with 10 men after Alessio Romagnoli was shown two yellow cards.
Hellas Verona 1-2 Lazio
Lazio came from behind to secure a 2-1 win over Hellas Verona. Filip Helander headed the home side into the lead in the 33rd minute, before goals from Lucas Biglia and Marco Parolo secured the three points for the visitors.
Bologna 1-2 Udinese
Udinese returned to winning ways in the Serie A after they recorded a 2-1 win over Bologna, thanks to second-half goals from Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu and Duvan Zapata.
Sassuolo 1-1 Chievo

Torino 2-1 Palermo
An own goal from Giancarlo Gonzalez and a strike from Marco Benassi was enough to hand Torino a 2-1 win over Palermo on Sunday afternoon. Gonzalez grabbed a consolation goal for the visitors in the 78th minute.
