Champions Juventus rounded off the Serie A season with a 2-1 win over relegated Hellas Verona on Saturday afternoon.
Daniele Rugani and Miralem Pjanic put the Old Lady two goals up before Alessio Cerci bagged a consolation for the visitors.
It was also the final games Gianluigi Buffon and Kwadwo Asamoah, who are both leaving at the club.
Napoli 2-1 Crotone
Second-place Napoli ended their season with three points after seeing off Crotone 2-1 on Sunday evening.
Arkadiusz Milik and Jose Callejon were on target for the hosts while Marco Tumminello bagged a consolation goal for the visitors.
Unfortunately for Crotone, the loss saw them relegated to the Serie B.
Milan 5-1 Fiorentina
AC Milan came from behind to thump Fiorentina 5-1 in their final game of the season at San Siro.
Partick Cutrone registered a brace, while Hakan Çalhanoğlu, Nikola Kalinić and Giacomo Bonaventura rounded off the win.
Lazio 2-3 Inter Milan
Inter Milan will be playing Champions League football next season after they defeated Lazio 3-2 on the final day of the season.
An Ivan Perisic own-goal and a strike from Felipe Anderson canceled out Danilo D'Ambrosio's strike as Lazio went 2-1 up into the break.
Mauro Icardi leveled matters from the penalty spot in the 78th minute before Matías Vecino sealed the winning goal three minutes later to secure fourth spot for Inter.
Sassuolo 0-1 AS Roma
AS Roma sealed third spot in Serie A with a 1-0 win over Sassuolo on Sunday evening.
The game's only goal arrived courtesy of a Gianluca Pegolo own goal just before the halftime break.
