The agent of a reported Manchester United target, who is valued at £90 million (R1.6 billion), has commented on rumours linking his client with a move to Serie A giants Juventus.
Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly has attracted reported interest of a number of Europe's biggest clubs, most notably the Red Devils, who are said to have identified the Senegalese international as their primary transfer target.
Juventus, who suffered a
2-0 loss to Atletico Madrid in their UEFA Champions League last-16 tie, are the latest team to show interest in the 27-year-old's services, however,Koulibaly's agent quickly ruled out the possibility of the defender playing alongside Cristiano Ronaldo in Turin, citing his loyalty to the Naples outfit.
"Koulibaly at Juventus? He's very close to Napoli, the club and above all to the city," his agent Bruno Satin was quoted as saying on Sky Sports.
"I don't think he would ever betray them to go to Juventus, but let's not forget that they are professional players.
"If you have the chance to play on important stages, you listen, even if I repeat he is very close to Napoli."
Koulibaly has been a mainstay in Carlo Ancelotti's starting XI this season and has made 32 appearances with two assists and no goals scored in all competitions thus far in 2018/19.
