Paolo Aicardi, Juve's club shareholders' president, has insisted that Ronaldo's arrival in Turin has opened the door for more superstars to follow suit, as proved by the signing of Matthijs de Ligt in the most recent transfer window.
"When Cristiano (Ronaldo), the number one, arrived, it was made clear that now any player can choose Juventus ahead of Real Madrid, Manchester United or Barca," he said, as quoted by AS.
"Today everything is possible, and the signing of (Matthijs) De Ligt is proof of that. Our next idea is to sign the new Cristiano Ronaldo, but a younger version."
Italian newspaper Gazetta dello Sport has now reported that the Italian giants are eyeing another blockbuster signing and have drawn up an illustrious shortlist.
It includes Paris Saint-Germain duo Kylian Mbappe and Neymar, Manchester United's Paul Pogba, Borussia Dortmund sensation Jadon Sancho, Atletico Madrid's Joao Felix and Tottenham Hotspur forward Heung-Min Son.
The Bianconeri have won the Serie A title eight years in a row, but their last triumph in the Champions League dates back to 1996.
