Real Madrid announced the signing of Eden Hazard for a reported fee of €100 million plus add-ons on Friday. Here is how his whopping wages compare to the rest of Los Blancos' top earners.

The Belgium international was announced as the club's latest arrival after Los Blancos had earlier secured the services of Luka Jovic, Eder Militao and Rodrygo Goes.
Hazard joined the Spanish giants for an initial fee of €100 million (R1.68 billion), according to widespread reports, but the deal could rise up to €150 million (R2.52 billion) due to performance-based add-ons, as per the Independent.
The English publication also claimed that Hazard will pocket a whopping £400 000 (R7.5 million) a week at the Santiago Bernabeu, making him the club's highest-paid player.
Hazard replaced Gareth Bale as Real's top earner, with Welshman believed to pocket weekly wages of £350 000 (R6.6 million) in basic salary, excluding add-ons.
Club captain Sergio Ramos and 2014 FIFA World Cup winner Toni Kroos reportedly follow with wages of £200 000 (R3.8 million) a week, while 2018 Ballon d'Or winner Luka Modric completes the top five with his £180 000 (R3.4 million) weekly earnings.
