The Spaniard found the back of the net with a header in the 33rd minute of the clash, bringing up his 100th goal for Los Blancos.
In doing so, Ramos became only the 19th player to reach a century of strikes for the Spanish giants, and the only out-and-out defender to bring up the milestone.
Fernando Hierro is the only other defender on the list, but did spend a large chunk of his Real career playing in the holding midfield position.
Ramos has now featured 659 times for the LaLiga giants, whom he joined from Sevilla in 2005.
