According to Diario Sport, the Los Blancos captain locked horns with Isco due to the playmaker's form at present.
Ramos is said to have had a go at Isco due to his poor run of form, and the former Malaga star did not back down with his response.
This was not the only internal battle featuring Ramos, though, with the report also stating that Marcelo was given a tongue lashing by the Spain international too.
Isco has found himself on the sidelines in recent times, having made just two starts so far in this campaign, and was an unused substitute against Barca.
News of infighting at Real comes after cameras had captured Isco complaining to teammates about his lack of appearances under manager Zinedine Zidane.
