With Eden Hazard having seemingly played his last Premier League game for Chelsea over the weekend, it has now been reported that the Belgian will complete a €100 million (R1.6 billion) move to Real Madrid after the UEFA Europa League final.
The Blues superstar dropped arguably the biggest hint regarding his future at Stamford Bridge in the wake of his side's 0-0 draw with Leicester City on the weekend, claiming that not only has he made a decision on his future, but he has also discussed it with the Blues.
The 28-year-old's comments only fuelled speculation he could be set to link up with Zinedine Zidane at Los Blancos next season.
According to French publication L'Equipe, an agreement has already been reached between the two clubs, but the deal will only be made public once Chelsea's season officially comes to an end, with the club set do duty against Arsenal in the Europa League final on 29 May.
Hazard has made 51 appearances across all competitions for the London club so far this season, finding the back of the net on 19 occasions and registering 16 assists.
