Bafana Bafana star Percy Tau has revealed what it is like working under Brighton and Hove Albion manager Graham Potter.
Tau finally got his shot at Premier League football after he was recalled by the Seagulls from his loan spell at Anderlecht after being granted a work permit.
The 26-year-old has notched up five appearances for Brighton, with only two of those coming in the league since making the switch in January.
As he comes to grips with life in the English top flight, the Bafana attacker has enjoyed working under the Brighton manager.
“He’s a great leader. He’s engaging. I think he’s managing the group quite well. I don’t know that much yet but I’ll learn more," he told the Sun.
Tau is glad to be in the big time finally, after spending a number of seasons out on loan in Belgium with the likes of Union SG, Club Brugge and Anderlecht.
“I was just hoping any day that it would come. I would have loved it to have happened in 2018 but that doesn’t take away the pride I feel that it is now.”
