Germany's Olympic walked off the pitch during their friendly with Honduras after one of their players were allegedly racially abused by an opponent.
The Germans locked horns with Honduras in a friendly encounter on Saturday afternoon as continue their preparation for Olympics this month.
However, the game did come to an end five minutes before the full-time whistle when Jordan Torunarigha had informed his coach about the alleged racism before the coach ordered his players to walk off.
"When one of our players is racially abused, playing on is not an option," Kuntz said, as per the Sun.
Torunarigha's teammate Max Kruse says walking off the pitch is something that will continue happen if more incidents occur.
“That is a statement that we always have to make when something like this happens: to leave the pitch, in no case to continue the game," Kruse added.
“It doesn't matter whether it's the first or the 90th minute. Racism simply has no place in football.”
